How to buy with 1 Dollar Reserve Cars

For some people the thought of buying a vehicle online in one Dollar reserve auction is madness. However, in my experience it is quite the opposite.

My customers have found it to be an enjoyable, transparent process away from the stresses of a used car yard. As with buying anything there are Do's and Don'ts to be aware of, so you’ll find them here.

Auctions of course are un-conditional, so make sure you are bidding on a vehicle you would be happy to own. If you are unfamiliar with the bidding process refer to the "Help" section on TradeMe or give me a call and I will explain.

How to pay

At the close of the auction I will contact the successful bidder to arrange pick up and payment details which should normally be completed in 48 hours. Payment can be made by Bank Cheque, Internet Banking, Cash or Credit Card. If you use a Credit Card a transaction fee of 1.95% of the purchase price will be charged.

Collecting your vehicle

On pick-up a G.S.T. invoice will be issued the change of ownership will be arranged. If you're arriving from out of town I am happy to pick you up. Please contact me to make arrangements and I am also happy to arrange to have your vehicle transported to anywhere in New Zealand. Let me know and I will supply a quote.
